Accepted payment methods

Payment methods depend on the customer’s device, country, currency, and the providers currently enabled in our Shopify checkout. Methods shown at checkout may include major cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, and UnionPay.

The payment options displayed at checkout are the current and controlling list. A method shown elsewhere on the site may not be available for every order or location.

Authorization, capture, and order confirmation

When an order is submitted, the payment provider checks whether the payment method is valid and whether sufficient funds or credit are available. Depending on the payment method and our checkout configuration, the amount may be captured immediately or first appear as an authorization or pending hold.

An order confirmation email means we received the order. If a payment is declined, canceled, or remains incomplete, the order may not enter production.

Temporary bank holds

A card issuer may show a pending authorization even after a failed or canceled attempt. Only the issuing bank controls when that hold disappears.

Currency, taxes, and final total

Review the selected currency, product price, discounts, shipping charge, taxes, duties, and final total before authorizing payment. The amount and currency shown on the final checkout step are the amount submitted to the payment provider.

Your bank or payment provider may apply its own foreign-exchange rate or international transaction fee. These external fees are not charged or controlled by Inkelligent.

Payment security

Inkelligent uses Shopify-hosted checkout. Communication with the store is protected using HTTPS/TLS encryption, and Shopify maintains PCI DSS compliance for its platform and checkout environment.

Additional authentication, such as 3D Secure, may be required by the payment provider or card issuer. Never send complete card details, passwords, or one-time verification codes to Inkelligent by email or contact form.

Declined, duplicate, or failed payments

If payment is declined, confirm the billing address, card details, available funds, and any bank authentication request. You can try another method shown at checkout or contact the bank or payment provider.

If you believe you were charged twice, send us the order number, payment date, amount, and a screenshot that hides the full card or account number. A pending authorization is not always a completed duplicate charge.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We can initiate an approved refund after the related claim is reviewed, but the provider, card issuer, or bank controls when the funds appear in the account.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Transaction or currency-conversion fees charged separately by a customer’s bank may not be refundable by Inkelligent.
