Can you help if my artwork is not print-ready?
Send the best file you have and include any concerns. The artwork review can flag common issues with resolution, cut lines or layout. If the design needs more involved cleanup or redrawing, the team will explain what is needed before production.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. Review the digital proof for layout, spelling, size, visible borders and the cut shape. Production starts after the artwork is approved.
Which custom sticker material should I choose?
Begin with the job. Vinyl is a versatile starting point, clear lets the surface remain visible, and holographic, glitter or metallic finishes make the material part of the design. Surface, moisture, temperature and intended service life can change the best choice.
Can I use the stickers outdoors or around water?
Suitability depends on the selected product, surface, exposure and finish. Water resistance is not the same as a certified dishwasher or long-term outdoor rating, so review the product details or ask Customer Care about demanding applications before ordering.
How should I prepare the surface?
Apply stickers to a clean, dry surface free from dust, oil and moisture. Smooth, non-porous surfaces are the easiest starting point. Textured, coated or low-energy plastics may need a more specific adhesive and a test before a full run.
What should I do if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact Customer Care with the order number, affected quantity and clear photos. The team can compare the delivered result with the artwork and order record, then explain the available resolution under the applicable policy.
