Which order should I enter?

Website customers do not need to enter an order number—sign in with the customer account connected to the purchase. For Amazon or Etsy, use a completed purchase that has not already claimed this reward. Enter the store order number, not a USPS, UPS, FedEx or other tracking number.

Why is my website order not showing after I sign in?

Make sure you signed in with the same email used for the order. If the purchase was placed as a guest or under a different email, use customer support for a manual review.

What if my order cannot be verified?

Check the selected store and copy every digit and hyphen. If it still cannot be found, contact customer support for a manual review.
