Shipping cost
Economy shipping with tracking is free on every order. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for USD 15 (shown in your local currency); it shortens carrier transit only.

Proofs, production, and dispatch run Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday start on the next working day. Transit times are estimates; customs, carrier delays, weather, and holidays can add time.
Tracking and missing packages
Tracking is emailed when your order ships. If tracking has not updated for 7 days, email supports@inkelligent.com. Report a lost or delivered-but-not-received package within 30 days of the delivery status.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Any taxes or duties we collect are shown at checkout. If a carrier asks you to pay an import charge on delivery, contact us before paying and include your order number and a copy of the notice.
