Helpful Details Before You Order

Design Tips

  1. Prepare artwork at 300 DPI at the final print size.
  2. Use CMYK color mode when possible. Screen color can differ slightly from printed color.
  3. Keep small text, fine lines, borders and narrow cut areas thick enough to print and apply cleanly.
  4. Review spelling, scale, color, border and cut shape carefully on the digital proof.

One visual system, across every customer touchpoint.

Application planning

One visual system, across every customer touchpoint.

Use one sticker family to connect packaging, inserts and giveaways. Before ordering the full run, test the exact box coating, jar surface or mailer stock—not just a similar material name.

Complete sticker construction

Five layers. One complete sticker system.

A sticker works as one construction. Review each layer’s job, then confirm the exact material codes and test the finished build on the real surface.

Five separated sticker material layers for brand & packaging
Layers are separated for clarity and are not shown to scale. In production they work as one finished construction.
01
FacestockOpaque printable synthetic film, or a paper-compatible face when a natural paper look is required.
Why this choice

Packaging needs dependable opacity and print definition; the exact board coating still decides whether a film or paper face is appropriate.

02
AdhesiveRemovable water-based acrylic candidate for sealed paperboard; permanent or higher-tack candidate when the label must remain.
Why this choice

This separates clean-opening or campaign needs from permanent branding while acknowledging fiber tear, staining and coating-damage risks.

03
InkCMYK, with a mapped white underprint only on clear or specialty faces.
Why this choice

CMYK carries brand color; white ink prevents the package color or metallic base from changing selected artwork areas.

04
ProtectionHandling-resistant varnish or thin laminate selected for shipping friction, condensation and expected package life.
Why this choice

Packaging is rubbed during packing and delivery, so protection should match the real distribution environment rather than an assumed durability level.

05
Liner & applicationStable glassine release liner; grid-marked liner when hand alignment or secondary cutting benefits.
Why this choice

A stable liner protects the adhesive and supports die cutting, storage and repeatable placement without adding unnecessary face stiffness.

Engineering boundary: these are use-case-specific starting directions, not finished supplier specifications or unconditional performance claims. Confirm the exact facestock, adhesive, ink, protection and liner codes, then validate the finished construction on the real surface when the application is unfamiliar or demanding.

Why Inkelligent

Custom stickers are easier to order when the artwork, material direction and production approval are handled as one connected process.

Proof before production

Review the artwork, scale, cut shape and visible details on a digital proof before the order moves into production.

Practical guidance

Use the surface, shape, exposure and service period to identify a sensible starting construction instead of relying on one material name.

Clear testing boundaries

When a surface or condition is unfamiliar, we identify what still needs confirmation rather than presenting an unconditional performance promise.

Before you approve

Useful checks, without the guesswork.

Use these answers to identify what should be confirmed in the proof or a physical sample.

Will this stick to every surface?

No adhesive is universal. Cleanliness, coating, texture, surface energy, curvature and dwell time can change the result. Test the exact surface when any of these are unknown.

What does gloss versus matte change?

Finish changes appearance, glare and surface feel. It may also influence scuff visibility and handling, so choose in the context of the artwork, lighting and use conditions.

Which packaging surfaces need a sample test?

Test recycled, waxed, varnished, heavily textured, dusty or unknown board, plus packaging exposed to oils or condensation. Check both adhesive transfer and visible fiber tear.

When should I request extra guidance?

Ask before production when the surface is unknown, textured, coated, tightly curved, exposed to chemicals, safety-critical or expected to remove cleanly after a long dwell.

Need a different starting point?

Match the use conditions first—or compare every product.

Pleasantly surprised by how nice these came out. The logo colors were vibrant, the edges were clean, and they stuck well to cardboard mailers without lifting.

Our PTA used these for a school event, and they added a nice professional touch to the welcome packets. I also liked that they were easy to hand out as freebies for families and sponsors.

The sticker quality is excellent and the branding looks sharp. We added them to our packaging for online orders and customers have actually mentioned them in reviews, which surprised me. A simple upgrade that made our boxes feel more intentional.

R
Rachel Simmons

We handed these out at a school club recruiting table and they disappeared fast. The design was sharp, and even the tiny text was readable. A simple way to make our group look more organized.

J
Jordan Reeves

Very impressed with how sharp our logo looked.

T
Travis Monroe

Looked great on our promo boxes.

C
Claire Donnelly

These were for our nonprofit's volunteer appreciation kits. We put one on each folder and a few extras in the bags, and the extras disappeared first. The print didn't look cheap or washed out, which was my main concern before ordering. Will definitely reorder before our fall event.

G
Grant Whitaker

I run a small nonprofit and wanted something easy to hand out during community events without spending a fortune. These worked really well for that. The stickers were crisp, easy to peel, and held up on water bottles, folders, and donation boxes. A few volunteers even asked for extras to put on their laptops, which honestly tells me more than anything else.

D
Dylan Foster

Nice stickers. Did the job.

A
Alicia Brooks

I ordered these for my small bakery so I could seal cookie boxes with our logo. The colors came out bright and matched my branding better than I expected. They stick well to cardboard and paper bags without peeling up at the corners. Customers have actually mentioned them, which was a nice bonus.

J
Jenna Prescott

These gave our event materials a more official look. Not flimsy at all.

E
Eric Dalton

I ordered these for my coffee shop to seal pastry bags and add a little branding without spending a fortune on custom packaging. They stick well to paper bags, cups, and cardboard boxes, and the finish looks much more professional than I expected. A simple upgrade, but it made our takeout orders look more polished.

Our company needed logo stickers for a trade show at the last minute, and these saved us. We put them on sample bags and promo folders, and they helped tie the whole booth together. The print quality looked clean from close up, not blurry like some cheaper stickers we've tried before. They also peeled off the backing easily, which sounds small but mattered when we were labeling hundreds of items the night before the event.

M
Megan Holloway

Clean print, strong adhesive. Exactly what we needed.

O
Olivia Barrett

Nice finish, shipped quickly, and they made our packaging look more professional.

E
Emily Parker

Bought these for a local animal rescue group. We included them in donor mailers and volunteer welcome packets, and they gave everything a more thoughtful look. The adhesive is solid but not messy, and the material feels durable. Great option if you want branding that doesn't feel cheap.

L
Laura Bennett

Ordered for our community theater and used them on envelopes, programs, and donation jars. They added a polished look without costing a fortune. A few people even asked where we had them made because they looked so crisp.

E
Eric Langford

Good stickers. No complaints.

H
Hannah Price

These worked great for branded packaging. I run an online candle shop and wanted something simple to make orders feel a little more official. The stickers arrived on time, the print was centered, and none were damaged in the pack. I've reordered already.

E
Eric Donovan

Fast shipping, good color, easy to peel.

B
Brian Collins

Clean print and strong adhesive. We used them on thank-you cards for our nonprofit fundraiser and they looked really professional.

R
Rachel Monroe

Bought these for a school parent association and they were a hit at orientation night. We used them on folders, raffle prizes, and little welcome gifts for new families. The branding looked neat and consistent across everything, which made us seem way more organized than we probably were that day. Shipping was on time too, so no last-minute stress.

S
Sophie Callahan

Our organization logo has thin lines and small lettering, so I was worried it would blur. It didn’t. Everything came out sharp and centered, and the backing made them easy to separate during a busy event. We used them on giveaway bags and some leftover sheets went straight into the office for mailing envelopes.

T
Tyler Benson

Ordered these for our community theater to put on welcome packets and donation bags. The colors came out true to our logo and the edges were crisp, not fuzzy. They gave everything a more polished look without costing a fortune.

B
Brandon Keating

Simple, professional, and useful. We keep a stack near the front desk now for outgoing packages and event handouts.

B
Brandon Kelley

Fast turnaround, clean edges, no complaints.

K
Kevin Marshall

Really impressed with the finish. Not flimsy at all.

S
Sean Whitaker

Better than expected, honestly. We run a small landscaping business and added these to invoice folders and leave-behind packets after estimates. Customers have mentioned the branding looks more consistent now, which sounds small but matters when you're trying to look established. Good print quality and no peeling so far.

H
Hannah Walsh

Exactly what our club needed.
